COMPLETED REGISTRATION:
Programs that happen between August and May: Upon receipt of your registration a written or email confirmation, health history form (Faith Alive! only), waiver, and other details will be mailed to you. Online registration is available for payments by MasterCard, Visa, and Discover only. You will receive an automatic email of a successfully submitted registration upon completion and will be notified by the Registration Office if space is not available. Please make sure your email server lists all emails from @novusway.org, @novusway.com, and @campbrain.com as acceptable. All space is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Summer Camp Programs (from June 2-August 3, 2013): Upon receipt of your registration a written or email confirmation, health history form (youth campers only) or waiver (adult and family participants only), and other details will be mailed to you. Online registration is available for payments by MasterCard, Visa, and Discover only. You will receive an automatic email of a successfully submitted registration upon completion and will be notified by the Registration Office if space is not available. Please make sure your email server lists all emails from @novusway.org, @novusway.com, and @campbrain.com as acceptable. All space is on a first-come, first-serve basis.


PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS:
Programs of three nights or less, full payment is due when you register.

Programs of four or more nights, a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $150 per adult/summer camper and $25 per child (16 and under) is required when you register. The balance is due no later than three weeks prior to the beginning of the event. Credit cards: We are able to accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover by mail, fax or on-line.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
For programs of three nights or less: If you cancel a registration at least three weeks prior to the event, you may request 50% of full fee. If you cancel a registration with less than three weeks notice, but more than 72 hours notice, you may request 25% of full fee. If you do not cancel with 72-hour notice we will be unable to refund any monies.

For programs of four or more nights: If you cancel a registration at least three weeks prior to the event, you may request a full refund minus the deposit. If you cancel a registration with less than three weeks notice, but more than 72 hours notice, you may request 50% of full fee minus the deposit. If you do not cancel with 72-hour notice we will be unable to refund any monies.

 

SCHOLARSHIP:
A scholarship fund is available to provide assistance to camp/program participants of all ages, regardless of program or participant age. All inquiries are confidential. You can download the scholarship form here for Lutheridge and Lutherock and here for Luther Springs.

 

WEATHER POLICY:
Programs will be cancelled at any site due to weather only if the Interstate highways leading into the city are closed by the highway patrol. In these instances, a full refund will be given. All other instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis upon request.

Pets are not allowed with overnight guests at Lutheridge, Lutherock, Luther Springs, or Lutheranch.
