Novus Way year round staff bring passion and professionalism to their roles. Many year round staff were campers and counselors at one of our sites or another outdoor ministry around the country. Novus Way is blessed with staff who believe in the vision and mission of the ministry and have worked with the organization for many years. The four members of the Executive Team have a combined one ninety years of experience in outdoor ministry.
